Synopsis: The objective of this assignment is to design and
implement the chargeback process using IBM BPM V8.0.1. There is an existing
system (FIAT) for complete fraud investigations functionality and IBM BPM
will be implementing a subset of fraud investigations functionality in
phase-I and eventually replacing the complete FIAT application in subsequent

with a two phase approach for the complete FIAT replacement with IBM BPM o

Synopsis: The objective
of this assignment was to analyze the chargeback process for credit card
frauds and identify the highest business value part which will be implemented
in IBM BPM to get the faster ROI. As an IBM BPM specialist, my
responsibilities included conducting process improvement and discovery
workshops with business participants, coming up with proposed solution,
providing effort estimation and resource plan.
Synopsis: The objective
of this project was to develop an application for Transfer Agency function of
the client organization. Transfer Agency used to receive trade instruction on
certain fax lines. The team is located across multiple geographical
locations. Once a fax is received on the right fax server, it will create a
case in BPM system. As part of fax management process, processing analysts
will perform initial review, deal input, deal validation, shareholder service
and registration. Faxes come into IBM BPM through Oracle UCM. My
responsibilities include the requirement analysis, Solution architecture and
Database design, BPD modeling, integration with Oracle UCM and Right Fax,
developing coaches.
Synopsis: The objective
of this project was to develop trade management application using Websphere
Lombardi 7.1. As part of Trade management process, client receives trade
instructions from their customers in form of Fax, Email and swift message.
The newly developed application automated the trade distribution and trade
entry process. Application is integrated with Orace UCM, Websphere MQ &
Lotus Notes. My responsibilities include requirement analysis, process
modeling, service implementations, coach development, and integration with
UCM & MQ.
Synopsis: The objective
of this project was to implement the EWAM process. Client is having certain
websites and any change in the existing assets or adding a new asset has to
go through a process. The website user will submit a feedback form that will
trigger the process. Process can also be created manually. My responsibility
included the requirement analysis, process modeling, service implementations,
coach customization, and integration with DB.
Synopsis: The objective
of this project was to design and implement the Tool Loaner Program. The Tool
Loaner Program has been mapped to a general order fulfillment process which
includes order creation, order fulfillment, inventory management, shipment
etc. Each functionality has been implemented as a teamworks service and all
the services will be accessed from a common interface. My responsibility
included the requirement analysis, service implementations, coaches,
notification service, and integration with DB.
Synopsis: The
requirement was to create a centralize purchase order system for an
organization. Whoever in the organization needs to purchase some material or
service, will have to send an email to the purchase department. The purchase
department executive will create the purchase order in Lombardi BPM
system. My responsibilities included requirement gathering, designing
& workflows, integration with database, email server & ILog.
Synopsis: The objective
of this assignment was to enable B2B communication with the trading partners
of Toshiba on GIS platform. Implemented transactions included: 856, 850, 855,
and 810. Key responsibilities included, preparing the mapping specification,
development of maps, deployment on the server and to provide post deployment
production support.

create product codes and keep track the status of their work items during
product code creation. The responsibility was to understand the requirements
from the functional consultant design the process in studio, deploy it on

Synopsis: The assignment
was to extract business rules out of Order management system. System
was having components involving different technologies primarily Java, C, C++
& mainframes. I was responsible for C & C++ module. The task was to
understand both functional as well as the technical aspects of the system. Go
through the whole code and extract the business rules out of it. Get the

A database compiler which converts GDF
(Geographical Data Format) into PSF (Physical Storage Format). The Important
applications of PSF are Map Display and Route Calculations.Every Quarter
Navtaq releases GDFs with new data. We have to take care of the compatibility
of the compiler, either by supporting or ignoring the new data. Contributions: 1 Analyze the technical documents and make the analysis report. 2 Create Change requests and get the approval from customer for making

A packet processing node in the wireless packet
